Langley's Newest Pumpkin Patch Opens at Bedford Landing Farms

Langley's newest pumpkin patch

Business partners Ben Hoekstra and Burton van Tongeren have transformed a neglected seven-acre hay field west of Fort Langley into Bedford Landing Farms

The farm boasts a new pumpkin patch featuring 15,000 pumpkins, a corn maze, petting zoo, and kids' area with mini donuts and games.

The duo spent six to seven months leveling swampy sections, raising the field, and creating ponds, all while working with solar power since the property lacks electricity service.

Located at 22378 96 Ave., the patch is open through October 31st, with weekday hours from noon to 5:30 p.m. and weekend hours from 10:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., offering families a fresh farm experience alongside Langley's established pumpkin patches.
